If you add other key terms to your chosen keyword, such as “R&B Music Notes“, or “Jazz Music“ this will help improve your chances of going up in page rankings. Just make sure when you do so its relevant to your sites content.
3. Check your competition
Searching for keywords or phrases that your competition are using helps narrow down which ones to use and which to avoid. It makes no sense using the same keyword or phrase, such as “music“ if most of your competition is using it as well, and if their site is ranked high up in the search engine index, then you might have a hard time going up against that.
4. Use your location
Incorporating your location to the keyword or phrase that you are trying to use can also improve your chances of getting a much better page rank. Let’s say your business is located somewhere in Louisiana, by adding the word “Louisiana” to your keyword selection (“Louisiana Crawfish“), you can increase your chance of ranking high in page ranking. This type of method usually means that you are planning on seeing people in person, so make sure you only utilize this technique if you are open to the idea of a meet and greet.
5. Use your niche
Always try to choose the keyword you specialize in or offers you the most profit. Keep in mind that you want to use the keyword that best describes your business, but if the search volume of users is leaning towards one that isn’t your main product, then you can opt to use that keyword instead, just as long as that keyword is still relevant to your sites content.
6. Monitoring Keywords
